Mission
To empower young readers to build resilience, emotional intelligence, and the skills needed to navigate life's adventures.
How This Series Came To Be
When my kids transitioned from homeschool to public school, my daughter (who was starting first grade) was having a difficult time making friends. Despite her playful, kind-hearted nature, her shyness held her back. One day, after a few weeks of school, I found her sitting in the kitchen with a sad expression on her face. During our heart-to-heart talk, I realized she needed a life lesson on how our facial expressions & body language communicate with those around us. With some guidance and practice, she improved her social skills and soon made wonderful friends. This transformative experience for my daughter inspired me to create "The Power Of" series, blending my counseling expertise with real-life lessons to help other children navigate similar challenges.
